When Asian Indian Christian Church of Pittsburgh
re-located from Greenfield to Forest Hills, God called us to make a
difference in the new community where we were re-planted. Not too far away from
our church is the "Amber Glen Assisted Living Nursing Home." We tried to
find out how we could minister to the residents and the request came from the
Amber Glen Activity Director. Whether we would be willing to come on Sundays and
conduct a non-denominational worship service. It seemed that God was guiding us
into this new ministry. Since September 2004, we conduct
worship services on every other Sunday from 2.30 to 3.30
PM. We might get involved in other ministries during the week days as well.
Please pray for this ministry and if possible join us in the ministry on
the First and the Third Sundays of every month.
