Pastor Thinagar is the
senior pastor and church planter of
the AICCP. He is a graduate of
Hesston College, Hesston, Kansas and
an ordained minister of the
Mennonite Church USA. In 1999 he was
called to Pittsburgh by the
Allegheny Mennonite Conference to
plant a church among the people from
the Indian sub-continent. Pastor
Thinagar has a heart for creating a
Christ centered community and
calling people to discipleship in
Christ. He is a gifted preacher and
focuses on preaching that is
Biblically grounded. Pastor Thinagar
is married to Petty Sitther and they
have two grown children Dorothy and
Theo and a one year old grandson,
Kiran. |

Pastor Sandeep joined
the pastoral staff at AICCP in 2007.
Before that he has been part of the
AICCP congregation in various
capacities since 2001. Pastor
Sandeep completed his MDiv from the
Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and
has been licensed towards ordination
in the Allegheny Mennonite
Conference. His focus in AICCP is
outreach ministry among the student
community. He also works on
technology issues related to AICCP's
ministries, and is the editor of
AICCP's monthly newsletter called
Gospel Street. He also works with
Pastor Thinagar on other AICCP
ministries including ministry among
the Nepali refugee community in
Pittsburgh. Pastor Sandeep is
married to Sufi Thomas and they have
two children, Ahia and Andrew. |
